Capi - Sleep Factors Analysis ("Capi", "the app") helps you log daily lifestyle factors and analyze how those factors relate to your sleep. The app is designed to work on your device. Capi Labs does not operate backend servers for the app and does not collect, sell, rent, or share your personal information.

Information handled by the app

Capi - Sleep Factors Analysis may handle the following information locally on your device so it can provide its sleep factor analysis features:

  • Manual event logs you create, such as daily habits, supplements, workouts, caffeine, or other custom factors.
  • Event configuration data, such as custom event names, units, default values, categories, and archived event types.
  • HealthKit data you choose to allow the app to read, such as sleep data, activity data, workouts, step counts, active energy, exercise minutes, and medication records.
  • Analysis results generated on device, such as correlations, impact summaries, charts, coefficients, and significance values.

This information is used only to provide app functionality to you, including logging, visualization, HealthKit import, statistical analysis, and optional export features.

HealthKit and Apple Health

Capi - Sleep Factors Analysis requests access only to HealthKit data types used for its sleep analysis features. You choose which HealthKit categories to allow, and you can change or revoke those permissions at any time in the Health app or iOS Settings.

HealthKit data is read and analyzed locally on your device. Capi - Sleep Factors Analysis does not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, tracking, profiling, or data mining, and does not disclose HealthKit data to third parties.

Local storage and backups

Capi - Sleep Factors Analysis stores app data in the app's local storage on your device. Because the app does not operate a backend service, Capi Labs cannot view, download, restore, or delete your local app database for you.

Depending on your Apple device settings, local app data may be included in device backups or iCloud backups managed by Apple. Those backups are controlled by your iOS and Apple account settings, not by Capi Labs. Capi - Sleep Factors Analysis does not provide its own iCloud sync service.

Data export and sharing

If you use an export or sharing feature, the export is generated locally on your device. You decide where to save or send the exported file using iOS sharing tools. Capi Labs does not receive a copy of exported data.

Purchases

If Capi - Sleep Factors Analysis offers in-app purchases, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Capi Labs does not receive your payment card details. The app may use purchase status provided by Apple to unlock paid features.

Support requests

If you contact Capi Labs for support, you may choose to provide your email address and any information you include in your message. Support information is used only to respond to your request. Please do not send sensitive health information in support emails.

Retention and deletion

Data stored in Capi - Sleep Factors Analysis remains on your device until you delete it in the app, revoke HealthKit access, or delete the app from your device. Deleting the app removes its local app data from the device, subject to any backups controlled by your Apple device settings.

Because Capi Labs does not collect your app data on a server, Capi Labs cannot directly access or delete your local sleep, health, event, or analysis data.

Children's privacy

Capi - Sleep Factors Analysis is not directed to children under 13, and Capi Labs does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

Capi Labs may update this policy if the app's privacy practices change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
